Carlos

When it comes to pets with special needs, Carlos is the person you want handling your pet. Born and raised in Lompoc, Carlos has spent years in the area cultivating a wealth of both emergency care and general practice experience in providing high-quality, individualized care. You can often find Carlos assisting the doctors in surgical or dental procedures, and coaching and training other staff on proper health and safety procedures during these types of medical care. When he isn’t assisting in surgery, Carlos thrives in getting to work with animals that have been labeled “difficult, aggressive, or unworkable” by others. He understands they are simply misunderstood and just need someone to get into their mindset and make them feel comfortable and safe!

In his free time, Carlos can be found out in the beauty of the Santa Barbara region: fishing, hiking, or just relaxing on the beach with his best friend, Mexi (6yr, Pit) or caring for his geckos at home!
